• Do Not turn into the 1st entrance at the Water Park. Pass up the Water Park and turn into the 2nd entrance by the big windmill.
• Check in at 4 pm Friday, Aug 19, 2022 
• Pull up to the Booth to check-in to your cabin. No need to get out of your car. 
• If you check in extra occupancy, you must pay during check-in. Your invoice shows how many you paid for. 
• Everybody who is staying onsite please be aware of how many occupants you listed in your cabin. You paid a resort fee for each occupant that includes wristband for activities & amenities. The wristbands are known at resort fees in most resorts and theme parks.
• You will receive your Keys, Parking Pass, Wristbands & Map at the booth.
• Cabin check-in requires 2 forms of ID will be required (DL or State ID & a Debit or Credit Card)
• Your cabin comes with 2 parking spots. If you don't need both parking spots, please allow another family member to park in your spot.
• Our headquarters will be at H2O Cabin #220. This is just steps away from the Armadillo Hall, where the reunion will be held on Saturday. 
• Visit cabin #220 Friday when you arrive to pick up your t-shirts.

• If you purchased a one-day wristbands for activities, then you will receive this as well.
• You will be given a parking pass. There are only so many spots near the actual hall. Once full, you will need to park in the designated overflow area if you don't have a cabin (Follow the signs that say CALDWELL REUNION to get to overflow).
• The overflow parking area is not within walking distance of  where the reunion will be held
• Call our golf cart driver to pick you and your family up to drive you to the reunion location. 

• Everybody who wants to participate in any onsite activities must have a wristband. (if you did not purchase a cabin you will buy wristbands)
• You can purchase a one-day wristband for Saturday's reunion. Prepaid wristbands are $20, but you must call Jellystone directly at 817-221-0119 to purchase "a day pass for the Caldwell Family Reunion". DEADLINE IS THURSDAY NIGHT (August 18)!
• The front desk will apply all wristbands. They must apply them, they can not give them to you.  
• If your family arrives at different times, let the person working the booths know the names of who to give your wristbands to.
• GO TO THE ACTIVITY DESK TO GET YOUR WRISTBANDS VALIDATED at the Bear's Den building.   
• If your wristband isn’t validated, you will be turned away at the activity centers.   
• If you have a wristband, you will have access to all activities onsite and  the water park. Please keep your wristband.

1. You can ask someone to add a wristband to their cabin. It will cost them $35 per wristband, good for 3 days. This must be done 2 or 3 days prior to arrival. 

2. If someone has a cabin but doesn’t need all of their wristbands, ask them if you can buy them. Those who booked their cabin early paid around $25 per wristband good for 3 days. Maybe they will sell to you at the price they paid. 

3. Pay the day of arrival, but the cost will be $52.50 per wristband, good for ONLY 1-day pass.
