Fill out our short RSVP-Registration Form ASAP. It is required as we want to make sure we plan for everyone! 

Even if you're not staying in a cabin, you can still attend the reunion as long as your reunion dues are paid. 

All cabins must be booked directly with Jellystone if you didn't meet the November 2021 deadline to book your cabin with the Family Reunion Discounted Group Pricing.

Call Jellystone at (817) 426-5037 and let them know that you would like to book in the area with The Caldwell Reunion Aug 19-21, 2022. Check-In Friday and check out Sunday morning  - 2 night stay.

The Reunion will be held at the Armadillo Hall Saturday. Let them know you would like a cabin close to the Armadillo Hall if walking is a challenge for you or your love ones. 

The cabin options are listed on #6. 

If you don't understand all of the options they will be happy to assist you.

If you already paid your deposit in the group booking, the remaining balance is due March 31, 2022. Check your email for the invoice that shows your balance remaining or text (817) 904-4664 if you need the invoice resent.

We must collect dues from everyone attending (family & friends) in order to meet expenses. 

We listened to your feedback requesting more activities, and we believe that North Texas Jellystone Park has so much to offer that all generations of your family can have a good time with a variety of activity options.

We are requesting that you pay your dues in full by May 1, 2022.

***If you pay your DUES in full by March 31st, then your name will be entered into a drawing for $100. Drawing will be held on April 1st, 2022 via Facebook Live in Caldwell Family Reunion Group.***

2. Two Bedroom Family Cabin
3. Pirate Ship Suite Cabin
4. Premium King Suite
5. Premium Queen Suite

Take a few minutes to review and select the cabin that best suits you and your family's needs. 

*** Although all cabins sleep 4-10 people, keep in mind there might be only 1 or 2 queen beds, or 1 king size bed in each cabin, leaving other sleeping space to accommodate children (bunk beds, futon, mattresses in the loft)***

Staying onsite in a cabin is optional. If you would like to book an offsite hotel instead, then we have secured a discount for you.

**If you're booking directly with Jellystone, then payment will be made directly to Jellystone for the ground admission. This is not the family reunion fee, it is a Jellystone Park resort fee.**

Cabin Pricing includes ONE occupant, you must pay for each additional occupant up to 10 occupants for (H20, 2BR, SHIP), 6 occupants for (PQ), and 4 occupants for (PK). The per occupant rate is what grants you a band for access to Park, Amenities / Activities.

This pricing is only available if booked under the Family Reunion by 11/12/21.

We will have a golf cart for 1 day on Saturday, August 20, 2022, to help transport anyone needing a ride to and from the event center. Although the event center is only steps away from the cabins, we have some family members who require extra assistance and others who just want to be chauffeured.

If you have a cabin reserved and would like to reserve your own personal golf cart with your cabin, call Jellystone (817) 426-5037 to add a golf a golf cart to your cabin. Don't wait because they have a very limited inventory.

If you booked with the Family Reunion Group by the Nov '21 deadline, your name or a member in the group name has been added to your cabin. When contacting  Jellystone, tell them CALDWELL REUNION, The Reunion Date and your name or your cabin number. Your cabin number is on your invoice.  

If you signed up for the payment installment plan for your dues the balance is due May 1, 2022.

There is limited parking on the campgrounds. Each reservation is allowed one vehicle at no charge. Each additional vehicle will be assessed a charge of $10.00 per car per day.  

We are putting together the calendar of events for the weekend. We don't want to take up too much of your time, because afterall we do want you to take some time out to tour the facility and take advantage of all the activities included with your stay.
